# Open Commentary — offene Kommentare zum schweizerischen Recht

> Korpus von 13 deutschsprachigen Kommentaren zu Erlassen der Systematischen Rechtssammlung (Markdown, Lizenz Apache-2.0), veröffentlicht auf GitHub unter dem Konto LexaurinTheDog. Jedes README nennt Fedlex (fedlex.admin.ch) und hat eine Einleitung 00-einleitung.md. Die Karte zitiert SR. Beim Obligationenrecht steht das so im README („SR 220"); beim Konsumkredit (SR 221.214.1) und beim UWG (SR 241) nennt das README den Erlass und Fedlex, die SR-Nummer steht im Namen des Repository. Ordner und Überschriften sind nicht in allen 13 Repositories gleich: das Obligationenrecht hat unter anderem einen Ordner cases, andere haben sources, audit oder provenance. - Den Default-Branch liefert /api/repos.json (Feld default_branch).
- Zum Lesen vieler Dateien git clone --depth 1 verwenden.
